Every request and support document is reviewed and approved by one of our experienced, state-licensed attorneys before it is processed and filed with the courthouse. Our team includes dozens of attorneys and 70+ support staff members, with 12 offices in our six coverage States. Our service allows you to streamline your eviction process across the entire Southeast, creating efficiencies for your operations and accounting teams.
3) Fixed-fee pricing, no surprises
We use 100% fixed-fee pricing with next-day electronic invoicing. Filing and service fees are paid by L&B up front to help keep the process moving. Eviction-related legal questions are built into our service - our attorneys answer them with no extra charge. Education is one of our core pillars. We provide Lunch & Learn sessions up to twice a year for active clients, as a 'perk' of using our service.
