Membership Information
GAPMA memberships are company based. This means if you work for an apartment community, management company, or supplier that is a member of the association, you as the individual also are a member. If you move to a new property or company, as long that property or company is a member, you will again be a member.

Apartment Community
Membership Benefits include networking and educational opportunities, your property will also have access to the NAA Blue Moon lease agreement.
Annual Dues Structure: $200.00 plus $1.50 per unit.
Management Company
Management company dues are included with your apartment community. GAPMA tracks management companies to help us organize community data and also track who is in the Greenville market.
Annual Dues Structure: $0
Supplier
Companies that serve and support the multi-family housing in the Greenville market are invited to join the association as Supplier Members.
Annual Dues: Base Dues are $275 and are prorated until September 30.
Starting October 1 the dues payment will include a prorated amount for the remainder of the current year, as well as the full dues for the next year.
