This session explores the vital role of mental health in the property management industry and guides attendees along a road map toward stronger well-being. Participants will examine the unique stressors professionals face, their impact on performance, and the ripple effects across an organization.

Through this guided journey, both employees and supervisors will gain actionable strategies for self-care as well as tools for “going the extra MILES” to support their team members.
