Michael Mullen

With nearly 25 years of experience in the multifamily housing industry, working on both the property management and supplier sides, I have built a unique and rewarding career. My strong onsite background includes leading maintenance teams at communities ranging from 104 units to more than 780 units. These experiences have given me firsthand insight into the challenges and successes that property teams face every day.

Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work with several respected organizations, including AvalonBay Communities, Milestone Management, and General Services Company, among others. More recently, I transitioned to the supplier side of the industry, serving as a Field Account Representative and Renovations Sales Representative with HD Supply.

Currently, I serve as a Field Account Manager with Redi Carpet, based out of our Raleigh branch, covering a territory from Mebane, NC to Greenville, NC. I have always been passionate about giving back to the industry and supporting local organizations. This year, I am proud to serve as GAPMA’s Membership Chair and as an AANC Delegate.
