Membership is divided into two categories: “Property Owner, Manager, or Representative” and “Vendor Owner or Representative.”
Property Owner, Manager, or Representative for all applicants which can be paid online, but additional dues are necessary to complete the membership registration. These additional dues may be paid by downloading GAPMA’s dues worksheet and sending your payment information to the GAPMA PO Box address. Once all dues are received, your application will be accepted.
If you are a Property Owner, Manager, or Representative and do not wish to complete two transactions, please do not complete an online application and manually fill out the membership application information on the dues worksheet and mail the full membership due.
GAPMA Members are business persons with the common interest in the apartment and housing industry. Members include, but are not limited to: rental housing owners, real estate agents/companies, builders, developers, property management firms, and industry-related vendors.
GAPMA is a local affiliated apartment association within the Apartment Association of North Carolina (AANC) and National Apartment Association (NAA) networks. By becoming a member of your local affiliate (GAPMA) you are also joining the AANC and NAA. Many benefits are associated with membership in the state and national network to include:
Your membership in the Greenville Area Property Managers Association includes membership in the Apartment Association of North Carolina and the National Apartment Association. Dues are $117.00 each year, due and payable on January 1st of each year, or upon applying for membership to the Greenville Area Property Managers Association. In making this application, I/we agree to abide by the Greenville Area Property Managers Association bylaws and all amendments thereof. In the event of termination of membership in this association, I/we agree to immediately discontinue use of its logo, forms, and member services.
